Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are not required, but encouraged to avoid long wait times during our busiest services. We welcome walk-ins to join us, and our bar is first-come-first serve seating.
How do I find Porto?
Porto is located on Ring Road, just across from Star Market and next to Saks 5th Avenue. If you are approaching from within the Prudential Center, exit The Pru between Sephora and Oakley and walk straight towards the road, you'll find us on the left just after the AVA Back Bay apartment building.
Does Porto have Parking?
Porto guests are welcome to park in the Prudential Center garage entrance located off of Ring Road. We offer partial parking validation for guests who enter and park in this garage after 5pm ($15 validation value). We currently do not offer Valet Parking.
Do you offer reservations for larger groups?
Yes! We welcome reservations of all sizes to join us at Porto. If you are looking for a semi-private or a private event, please inquire to our events team for your reservation HERE.
Can I reserve a seat on your patio?
Seating requests are available when reserving a table online! If you do not see availability for your desired seating request, we do not currently have a reservation available for that seating arrangement. Reserve your table online here!
Where can I purchase a gift card?
Digital gift cards are available online HERE. If you would like a physical gift card, please visit Porto during business hours.
